Understanding Sales on Edvisor

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Sales are where a student's purchase gets executed. Once a student is ready to buy, the Sales section manages trip preparation — their purchases, documents, and payments — and stays in sync with the Student Portal.

What a Sale is

A Sale bridges the gap between a student deciding to proceed and the start of their trip. Each Sale gives you:

  • Trip overview. A detailed view of the student's purchases (accommodation, courses, fees, services).
  • Files. Upload, share, and receive the documents needed for program and visa applications.
  • Payments. Request, receive, and track payments from the student.
  • Student Portal sync. Everything stays in sync with the Student Portal for collaboration.

You can create a Sale from an accepted proposal, or start one from scratch for a student who doesn't have a proposal.

Access the Sales section

Click Sales in the left side menu.

Find and filter sales

Tabs at the top filter the list by status: All, Overdue, No Payment, Partially Paid, Paid, Overpaid, and Cancelled. You can also search by Sales ID, student name, email, or provider name, apply Filters, and Export the list.
