How to add a deposit to a quote

Add deposit to quote: in option, scroll to Add deposit > select currency + Split payments by total + Deposit type Amount + enter value > save. Per option. Student clicks Request to Book > pays via EdWallet (bank/card). Funds credit directly to EdWallet.
Deposits let students pay a specific amount to confirm their booking. Funds transfer to the agency's EdWallet account.
How to add
- Open or create a quote.
- Scroll within a quote option and click Add deposit.
- Select payment currency.
- Choose Split payments by total.
- Under Deposit type, select Amount.
- Enter the deposit amount (any amount).
- Save.
Repeat per quote option if multiple options need deposits.
How students pay
- Student clicks Request to Book in the quote (visible only on options with deposits).
- Student sees the deposit details and a call to action.
- Student is directed to the EdWallet payment portal.
- Pays via bank transfer, credit, or debit card.
Where the funds go
Deposits credit directly to the agency's EdWallet account, ready for use anytime.
