EdWallet processing times by region

Processing times begin only when proof of payment has been confirmed (or uploaded). All times use business days (Mon-Fri).

Payments sent late on Friday begin processing the following Monday (Day 1).

Incoming payments (funds to EdWallet)

Corporate payments (EdWallet to bank account)

Notes

• Payment requests with status OPEN do not trigger processing times. They indicate the request was created and is waiting for action (e.g. uploading proof of payment).
• Processing times are subject to bank processing constraints.
