EdWallet processing times by region

EdWallet processing times by region: Brazil/Mexico/Colombia/Euro all 1-3 days for wire/debit, up to 5 days for credit card, 5-7 days for AMEX. Outgoing: Brazil 2-6 days, Mexico/Euro up to 24h, Colombia 5-10 days. Times begin once proof uploaded.
Processing times begin only when proof of payment has been confirmed (or uploaded). All times use business days (Mon-Fri).
Payments sent late on Friday begin processing the following Monday (Day 1).

Corporate payments (EdWallet to bank account)
Notes
- Payment requests with status
OPENdo not trigger processing times. They indicate the request was created and is waiting for action (e.g. uploading proof of payment). - Processing times are subject to bank processing constraints.
