Three ways to add accommodation to a quote

Add accommodation to quote: 3 sources. School Accommodation (school-provided), Saved Accommodation (Products > Accommodations, reusable), Custom Accommodation (from scratch, one-time only). Manage saved ones in Products > Accommodations.
When editing a quote, there are three sources for accommodation.
Where to access
Quotes > select quote > select option > Edit > scroll to Accommodation > + Add Accommodation.
Three options
When to use which
- School Accommodation. When the school provides accommodation that fits.
- Saved Accommodation. For agency-managed accommodation reused across quotes (homestays, partner residences).
- Custom Accommodation. One-off scenarios. Won't be saved for future quotes.

Products > Accommodations to edit or delete saved custom accommodations.
