How to edit a quote

Edit a quote: inline editing (no save button, auto-saves). Add Product (Course/Accommodation/Insurance/Service/Fee/Promotion). Edit dates inline. Trash icon to delete. Add Payment Plan from same view. support@edvisor.io for help.

The quote editor uses inline editing for fast modifications.

Key features

Add a product

  1. Click Add Product within a quote option.
  2. Use the selection tool to choose: Course, Accommodation, Insurance, Service, Fee, or Promotion.
  3. Product appears instantly in the quote.

Edit product dates

  1. Click the start or end date field.
  2. Enter the new date.
  3. Auto-saved.

Delete a product

  1. Find the product.
  2. Click the trash can icon.
  3. Removed instantly.

Add a payment plan

  1. Click Add Payment Plan.
  2. Select from the list.
  3. Plan added without leaving the page.
