How to create custom add-ons

Custom add-ons: Products > Add-Ons > +New Add-on. Set name, description, location/provider. Pricing: Simple/Flexible Duration/Fixed Duration/One time. Examples: airport pickup, meals, custom insurance. Default-include option available.
Add-ons are extra services beyond the core program, accommodation, or fees. Examples: airport pickup, meal plans, custom insurance.
Where to create
Products > Add-Ons in the right side menu.
How to create
- Click + New Add-on.
- Enter:
- Save.
- Set pricing.
Pricing types
- Simple. Fixed rate regardless of duration.
- Flexible Duration. Different prices by duration tier.
- Fixed Duration. Set price for a specific duration.
- One time. Single fee for the entire add-on.
Optional fields
- Internal notes.
- Default language.
- Translations.
Insurance note
Though Edvisor offers competitive insurance options with commission, agencies can also create custom insurance via Add-Ons. The Insurance Marketplace section is the recommended path for connected providers.
Default for all quotes
If an add-on should appear in every quote, check Include this by default on all quotes when creating it.
