EdWallet payment proof for non-student payers

EdWallet additional docs for non-student payers: parents/relatives need DOB, ID, bank ownership proof. Companies need business name+country, registration, and document showing payment on behalf of student (sponsorship letter, contract, etc).
Additional documentation required when student payments come from accounts not owned by the student.
Parents or relatives paying
Required:
- Date of birth.
- ID proof.
- Proof of bank account ownership.
Companies paying (corporate sponsorship)
Required:
- Full business name and country of business.
- Official business registration and ownership confirmation.
- Supporting document showing the company is paying on behalf of the student. Examples: email, sponsorship letter, contract, or agreement.
Why this matters
These documents are required for compliance verification. Missing documents delay payment processing or trigger rejection.
