Manage Agencies hub: 4 tabs (All Connected, Agency Portal, Pending, Declined). Filter by type/location/group, search by name. Agency Agreement Profile shows info, recruitment, commission, contracts, applications, groups. Group by market for market-specific promotions.

Manage Agencies is the centralized hub for tracking and managing agency partnerships, commissions, and agreements.

How to access

Manage Agencies in the top menu.

Four tabs

• All Connected. Detailed list of all connected agencies (Edvisor + Agency Portal). Filter for management.
• Agency Portal. Agencies connected specifically through the Agency Portal.
• Pending Connections. Agencies that have not yet responded to requests, or that are waiting for the school's response.
• Declined / Disconnected. Agencies that didn't accept or have been disconnected.

Filtering and search

• Account Type. Edvisor or Agency Portal.
• Location. Filter by agency country.
• Specific Groups. Filter by agency group.
• Search bar. Find an agency by name.

Agency Agreement Profile

Clicking an agency name opens a comprehensive profile with:

• Agency information and main contact.
• Recruitment information (preferred recruitment countries, students per year).
• Commission specifics.
• Contract details (send and edit contracts; receive notifications when contracts expire).
• Number of applications sent through Edvisor.
• Groups. Group agents by market for easier tracking and market-specific promotions.
