How to discover and add agencies on Edvisor

Discover and add agencies: Manage Agencies > Find New Agencies. Filter by recruiting country, destination, program, name. Connect > optional group > Send. Pending invites at +Add Agency > Pending Invites. Incoming requests via Pending Requests. Agency Discovery vs Manage Agencies are different sections.

Agencies can only see the school's full portfolio once a connection is confirmed. Use the Manage Agencies tool to find and connect with agencies.

Where to start

Manage Agencies button in the top right corner of the dashboard. Then Find New Agencies.

Available filters

  • Recruiting country.
  • Study destination.
  • Program type.
  • Agency name.

Sending connection requests

  1. Filter to find suitable partners.
  2. Click an agency for details, then More Info for additional context.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Optionally assign to an Agency Group (or leave blank).
  5. Click Send.

Reviewing pending invites (sent)

Manage Agencies > +Add Agency > Pending Invites. Re-send any pending requests.

Handling incoming requests

For each incoming request, the school receives an email and in-app alert.

  1. Go to Manage Agencies.
  2. Pending Requests bar shows the count.
  3. Click + to expand the list.
  4. Click More Info to view agency details.
  5. Accept to connect, or X to deny.

Agencies are notified only of successful connections.

Discovery vs Manage

  • Agency Discovery. Find new agencies. Once connected, they no longer appear here.
  • Manage Agencies. View confirmed connections.
