For a group of students with the same dates, destination, and insurance product, request a bulk booking instead of booking each student individually.
When to use
- 5+ students.
- Same insurance product.
- Same start and end dates.
- Same destination.
If any vary, book individually through Insurance search.
How to request
- Get the Group Insurance Booking request form from the Edvisor account manager or insurance support.
- Submit with student list: names, dates of birth, nationalities, policy details.
- Edvisor insurance ops processes the booking.
What to expect
- Group bookings have longer processing times than individual bookings. Check provider-specific times.
- Each student receives their own policy document.
- Commission is paid on the group total.
