How to withdraw funds from EdWallet to a bank account

EdWallet withdrawals: New Transaction > Withdrawals > select bank + currency account + amount + email verification code. Same-currency any day no fee, different-currency weekdays only 0.8% FX. Processing: Brazil 4-6 days, Mexico/Euro same day, Colombia 5-10 days.
Move funds from EdWallet to the agency's company bank account.
Prerequisite
Bank account must be added to EdWallet first.
Steps
- Click + New Transaction at the top of EdWallet.
- Select Withdrawals.
- Choose the bank account to receive funds.
- Choose the currency account to withdraw from. Same-currency withdrawals only (e.g. CAD to CAD).
- Enter the amount.
- Click Send Payout.
- Verify with email code (sent to the EdWallet account email).
Withdrawal restrictions
Different-currency withdrawals are restricted to weekdays due to global banking operation times.
Manage withdrawals
Go to Wallet > Withdrawals in the left-side menu to see all completed withdrawals.
Processing times
Business weekdays only (Mon-Fri excluding holidays).
