How to access your EdCommerce account

Explains that the login URL you use for EdCommerce depends on your user role. Admin users log in at https://virtual.edvisor.io/domain/login and can see all created sites, while Staff users log in at https://virtual.edvisor.io/domain/site-name/login and can only access the specific sites an administrator invited them to. Also explains why staff access is scoped this way (independent agents, partner universities, agencies and referring students get site-level access with no visibility into global account data).
On EdCommerce, your account access is determined by the specific user role you've been assigned on the platform.
Your role determines the URL you'll use to access the platform.
We offer two distinct roles on EdCommerce: admin and staff.
Log in as an Admin user
Admin users should log in to EdCommerce via the following URL:
https://virtual.edvisor.io/domain/login
Replacing 'domain' with your EdCommerce domain name.
This way, Administrators have a single point of access to view all created sites.
Log in as a Staff user
Staff users can only access specific sites to which they've been invited by administrators.
They should log in via the following URL:
https://virtual.edvisor.io/domain/site-name/login
Replacing 'domain' and 'site-name' with the corresponding information from your account.
This differentiation of the login URLs is designed with staff users in mind.
Staff users may include independent travel agents, universities offering our programs, travel agencies promoting our offerings, and returning students seeking commissions by recommending your programs.
This way, they will have access to specific sites you create, tailored to their needs, with no visibility into your global account information, while ensuring your control over leads, quotes, or bookings, all synchronized with your Edvisor platform.
This approach offers flexibility for growth without the need to hire additional advisors.
