      How to find and connect with schools on Edvisor

      Discover how to find and connect with the schools available on Edvisor.​

      There are hundreds of agency-school connections happening on Edvisor.

      Both agencies and educators on Edvisor can easily explore available partners, send connection requests to existing ones, and form new agreements with potential partners.

      Find Edvisor schools

      To access the School Discovery Tool, follow these steps:

      1. Click on the little shop icon at the top of the menu to access your school management tools.
      2. Select Add Schools from the dropdown list.

      You'll be directed to a page listing all the institutions available on Edvisor that you haven't connected with yet.

      Use the available filters is incredibly useful for finding a specific school or type of school.

      • Search by Name: Simply type the school's name in the search bar.
      • Filter by Location: Use the location filter to find new schools in a specific destination.
      • Filter by Course Type: Filter schools based on the type of education they offer. 
      • Filter by Express Connections: Select the ‘Filter by Express Connections Only’ option to see schools that accept express connections. This means you can connect with them instantly, without waiting for approval.

      💡 Tip: You can combine these filters. For example, you can search for public high schools in Canada.

      By using these filters effectively, you can quickly find and connect with the right schools for your needs on Edvisor.

      How to connect with a school or institution on Edvisor

      Connecting with a school is simple:

      • Click the "Connect" or "Request" button next to the school you want to connect with.

        • Connect: If the school has enabled Express Connections on their platform, you’ll be able to connect and access their programs instantly, without waiting for approval.

        • Request: If they haven’t enabled Express Connections, the school will receive your connection request and can either accept or decline it. 💡 If they accept, you’ll get a notification in your notifications center, and all their offerings will be available for you and your team to quote and apply for.

      ⚠️ Important! Make sure you have a signed agreement with any school you connect with. Request the school to send the agreement, so both parties can sign it.

      We highly recommend storing the signed agreement in your Edvisor account. This ensures easy access for both you and the school, allowing you to revisit and update the terms anytime in the future.

      Add schools that are not yet on Edvisor

      If you can’t find the school you’re looking for, try searching with different variations of the school’s name. If it still doesn’t appear, they might not be on Edvisor yet.

      In that case, you can manually add the schools to your platform, ensuring you have a comprehensive portfolio to meet all your students’ needs. 👉 Learn how to create custom school profiles and manually add their courses and pricing.

      Alternatively, you can invite your school partners to join Edvisor if they are not yet on the platform, so you don't have to handle their pricing manually.
