How to purchase Adeslas on Edvisor?
As a mandatory product for students and dependants applying for a Spanish visa, there is a unique process to ensure that all necessary documentation is provided.
1. Once an Adeslas booking has been sent through the Edvisor platform or purchased directly by a student using Student Insurance Finder, Edvisor’s Insurance Operations team will share these two forms with you:
The following fields on these forms are mandatory:
- EFFECTIVE DATE (policy start date)
- EXPIRATION DATE (policy end date)
- POLICY HOLDER DATA (student’s personal details)
- DATE AND SIGNATURE.
- PERSONAL DATA OF THE APPLICANT (student’s personal details)
- DATA OF HEALTH INTEREST (the 7 points)
- DATE AND SIGNATURE
2. Once completed and signed, please send the following documents to marketplace@edvisor.io:

- Membership Application (signed by student)
- Health Questionnaire (signed by student)
- School/University Letter of Acceptance
- Confirmation of student's residence address in Spain (to be included in the body of the email)
3. Upon receiving these documents, Edvisor’s Insurance Operations team will immediately share your documentation with Adeslas to begin processing the coverage documents.
Please note that the processing time will be 5 business days hours once the Adeslas team accepts the documentation. Edvisor will notify you if there are any changes required to the documentation in order for it to be accepted by Adeslas.
4. If all the documentation is complete and correct, Edvisor will send you the following three documents within 72 hours of the confirmation being received from Adeslas:

- 'Condiciones Particulares’ (Particular Conditions):
Official document detailing the last business day of the current year as its expiration date. For example, all policies processed in 2023 will have an expiration date of December 31, 2023. - ‘Justificante de Pago’ (Proof of Payment):
Official document detailing the amount paid by the student and all policy details. - 'Certificado de Aseguramiento’ (Coverage Certificate):
This is the official policy certificate which details the coverage date as stated in the school/university Letter of Acceptance. Should you need different coverage dates, please request this in the email when sharing the student’s documents.
- 'Condiciones Particulares’ (Particular Conditions):

How to connect with Adeslas on Edvisor
If you are not yet connected with Adeslas, schedule a call with your Account Manager who will help make them available on your Edvisor platform.
Once connected, you can begin including their insurance plan(s) in your quotations as well as booking policies by paying the net price via credit or debit card directly on your platform.
