Schools: Growing Your Network 📈

Here are some quick tips, to set yourself and your Agencies up for success.

1. Keep your Campus Profile FRESH!

We recommend updating your pictures and videos/media as often as you can. Often times, your School and Campuses may be quoted several times for the same student. Keeping your highlights, descriptions, and media as current as possible can give you that edge.

2. Diversify your Agency connection requests

Look through the Agent Discovery Tool. When viewing the search results, look for a 'More Info' link to view further details. Agencies will submit their contact information, including the different programs types they sell.

The key point here is, Edvisor Agencies can only see your full portfolio when they are connected with you. We highly recommend you proactively continue to look for new agency partners through the Discovery Tool and make sure your team is keeping an eye on connection requests coming from agencies that want to work with you. Your should aim to establish at least 200 connections.

3. Keep your Translations up to date

This is possibly the most effective way to keep your Agencies engaged and coming back to offer your programs. Profile, course, and promotion descriptions are used in Agencies' quotations to students. 

Spending time to include the right translations will make a huge difference for you partners! Translations are provided by the school team.

4. Consider special discounts per market or per agency

If you so choose, Edvisor's 'Promotion Manager' functionality can accommodate several types of offers, with very specific targeting with ease.

Simply considering some limited offers for new or existing partners (immediately allowing them to include on student proposals) can go a long way, without having to spend a ton of time having to build large market campaigns.

5. Protect your prices by taking advantage of EdCover 

Educators with EdCover have their prices tagged with the EdCover badge. This badge serves as a signal to agencies that your prices are reliable and trustworthy.

If they ever come across a pricing discrepancy with your fees or promotions, they may be eligible for compensation of up to USD 500 per claim. See Terms & Conditions.

By joining EdCover, you can enhance your presence on Edvisor and provide agencies with confidence in the accuracy of your profile.

6. Follow-up with your agencies once the connection is confirmed 

Take the time to personalize contact. Nothing replaces personal, human interaction, even if it is through virtual means. The fundamentals of being genuine with your emails, messages, and video calls, of building your relationships still apply. Your potential (and current) Agency partners will appreciate the effort!

Don't forget to include the new agencies discovered through Edvisor into your own mailing list. They need to continue to hear from you in order to get more and more familiar with your brand. Contact your account manager to request a full list of your connections if you haven't done that yet.

7. Other Marketing Opportunities

    8. Upgrade your account to include Agency Portal

    The Agency Portal is an integral component of Edvisor Distribute. On Edvisor Distribute, you can create a profile and grant access to thousands of agents who use the Edvisor system for their sales operations.
