Learn how to manage agency connections on Edvisor by enabling instant access (express connections) or manual approval, giving you full control over how agencies connect and access your programs.
As a school on Edvisor, connecting with agencies is crucial to maximizing your platform usage. Edvisor offers two options for handling agency connections:
- You can allow all our agencies to connect instantly with you, giving them immediate access to your programs, pricing and information.
- Or you can require manual approval to review and control each request.
In this article, we’ll show you how to easily manage these options in your settings, giving you full control over your partnerships.
How to manage agency connections:
- Log in to your Edvisor Distribute account
- Click on your name in the top menu, and then select
Settings
. - Go to the
School
tab in the settings menu. - Scroll down until you reach the Agency Connections section. You will see two options:
- Allow agencies to instantly connect: Select this option to provide immediate access to any agency that wants to connect with you.
- Require manual approval to connect: Choose this option if you prefer to manually control each connection request. 💡 You can learn more about accepting and sending connection requests here.
Simply choose the option that aligns best with how you want to manage your agency connections. Think of it like a social media profile—you can set it to be public, allowing instant access, or private, where you approve who can connect with you.
Once done, don't forget to save your preferences.
⚠️ Important! After connecting through Edvisor, you'll need to contact each agency and send them an agreement.
We highly recommend storing the signed agreements in your Edvisor account. This ensures easy access for both you and the agency, allowing you to revisit and update the terms at any time in the future.
