As an educator, you can manage your agency network and their agreements via the Edvisor Distribute platform.
Having all your agencies connected on Edvisor provides you with a centralized hub for tracking and managing your agency partnerships, commissions and agreement terms.
💡 On Edvisor you can connect with your entire agency network.
Engage with agencies that use Edvisor directly through the platform, and incorporate those not on Edvisor using your Agency Portal.
Accessing your connected agencies is simple:
- Log into your Edvisor Distribute platform.
- Click on
Manage Agencies
on the top menu.
Inside 'Manage Agencies', you'll find 4 tabs:
- All Connected: A detailed list of both Edvisor and Agency Portal connected agencies, with filtering options for easier management.
- Agency Portal: Shows agencies connected specifically through the Agency Portal, with filtering options for easier management.
- Pending Connections: This tab displays a list of agencies that are either waiting for your acceptance after sending you a connection request, or agencies to whom you’ve sent a request and are yet to respond.
- Declined / Disconnected: Lists agencies that didn't accept your connection requests or got disconnected.
Locating a Specific Agency
Filters
You can easily navigate through your list of agencies with the filter options, enabling you to sort your agencies by:
- Account Type: Edvisor or Agency Portal
- Location
- Specific Groups

You can also use the search bar 🔍 to quickly find a specific agency by name:
The Agency Agreement Profile
Clicking on an agency name reveals a comprehensive 'Agency Agreement Profile' including:
- Agency information and main contact
- Recruitment Information (Preferred recruitment countries, students per year...)
- Commission specifics
- Contract details 💡You can also send and edit contracts through this section. Plus you'll be notified if your contract expires.
- Number applications they sent you through Edvisor.
- Groups: 💡 Grouping your agents by market is crucial for an optimal experience with Edvisor. It simplifies agent tracking and allows for the addition of market-specific promotions exclusive to agents within those groups.
By connecting with ALL your agencies on Edvisor, you streamline operations, enhance communication, and simplify commission management.
This connection also offers real-time tracking of your programs' performance, facilitating the development of more effective recruitment strategies.
