Learn how to double-check your pricing for accuracy and seamless transactions on Edvisor.
1. Access your Direct Sales Account
To view your own prices on Edvisor, you must access the platform through the 'agency view' (also known as your 'direct sales' account).
⚠️ You need a different password and username for that. Please contact your account manager or request the information directly from support@edvisor.io
- Access your 'agency view' account by visiting the Edvisor's login page.

This URL is the same as the one used for your Edvisor Distribute account (your school backend). Therefore, we recommend using a different browser or incognito mode to avoid being redirected to your school account.
2. Make a search
After logging in to the direct sales platform, it's time to dive into a search, just like your agencies do!
🔹 To get started click on 'Search' > 'Courses'
- Set the nationality
Remember, results are based on the nationality you search with, so make sure you set the correct nationality before hitting the search button.
Example: if you want to see how your Japanese agencies are currently seeing your results, you must change nationality to 'Japan'.
- Look for your institution’s name under ‘provider’
You can search for one campus or multiple campuses at the same time to speed up your search. Feel free to select as many as you'd like.
- Set the dates and age
You are free to set dates and age at this point, or leave them blank to start with, and change them later during the editing of your quote.
Once you are done, click "search" to see your program results.
3. Check your search results

Use the left side menu on your results page to refine your search by course type, product type, number of hours, and more.

Experiment with the various filtering options and ensure all the prices are correct.
4. Create a quote
- Choose one or multiple course options from your results.
- Then click on 'Add to quote' > 'New Quote' to start a new quote.
Within this new quote, you'll find all mandatory fees and promotions associated with that course option.
⚠️ This quote is exactly what your agencies will share with students if they select that course option so please double check that everything is correct.

- Edit the quote
Click 'Edit' to add Accommodation and Additional Services under ‘Add-Ons’ and make sure all your add-ons apply accordingly.
