How to change your display language

The Language setting on Settings > Personal changes the language of the Edvisor interface for your own account: scroll to Language and pick your language under 'Use Edvisor in'. Ticking 'Apply this to everyone in your account' rolls that language out to the whole account and generally requires admin access — if the option is greyed out, you likely do not have it. This setting only changes the interface you see; it does not translate the content your students receive.

You can choose the language you use Edvisor in, and admins can apply one language to the whole account. This article shows you how.

Before you start

Applying the language to everyone in the account may require admin access.

Step by step

1. Open the Language setting

  1. Click the user icon (your initials) in the top right.
  2. Click Settings and open the Personal tab.
  3. Scroll to Language.

2. Choose your language

Under Use Edvisor in, select your language.

3. (Optional) Apply it to everyone

If you want the whole account to use this language, tick Apply this to everyone in your account.

Tips and common issues

  • If the "apply to everyone" option is greyed out, you likely need admin access.
