How to pay school providers (payouts)

EdWallet payouts: Settings > Providers. Custom providers need 24h validation first. Verified providers ready immediately. Click 3-dot > Send payment > currency account + amount + security code. Once sent, cannot be undone. Same-currency processes 24-48h, no fees.
Send funds from EdWallet directly to school provider bank accounts.
Steps
- Go to EdWallet > Settings > Providers.
- For custom providers (not yet listed):
- For verified providers (already listed): Skip to step 4.
- Click the 3-dot icon next to the school provider.
- Select Send payment.
- Choose the currency account to transfer from.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter the security code.
- Click Send payout.
Important
Once a payment is sent, it cannot be undone. Double-check all details before sending.
Processing time
For same-currency transfers: 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri).
Fees
No fees on payouts to school providers.
