How students access the Student Portal

Student Portal URL: Students section > Student Portal at top. Share via email/WhatsApp. Synced with student's Sale (no Sale = empty Portal). Students view trip status, upload docs, pay invoices, message counselor.

The Student Portal is where students view their trip preparation status, including documents, payments, and program details.

Where to find the Student Portal URL

Click Student Portal at the top of the Students section.

Share via email, WhatsApp, or any preferred channel.

How the Portal stays in sync

The Student Portal is directly synchronized with the Sale associated with that student:

  • If no Sale exists, the Portal is empty for that student.
  • If a Sale exists, all Sale information appears in the Portal.

When to share

Once a student accepts a quote and a Sale is created, share the Portal URL so they can:

  • View trip preparation status.
  • Upload requested documents.
  • Pay invoices.
  • Communicate with their counselor.
