How to add a payment plan to a quote

Payment plan in quote: Edit option > Payments > choose currency + plan type. Two types: Split by total (divide total cost) or Split by item (assign items per installment). Remaining amount must = $0 before sharing.
Payment plans let students pay the total trip cost in installments.
How to access
Open a quote > Edit on a quote option > Payments.
Choose the plan type
- Split payments by total. Divide the total cost into equal or customized parts.
- Split payments by item. Choose specific items per installment.
Important rule
The remaining amount at the bottom of the payment plan must show $0 before sharing the quote with the student.
