Before claiming
Always have the Certificate Policy Number ready.
Emergency situations
Call the emergency assistance service before any hospital visit. They check pre-existing conditions and authorize direct billing.

- Submit claims within 30 days of first medical expense.
Contact directory
What documents to include
- Original receipts/invoices from doctors or hospitals.
- Prescription receipts must include: patient name, doctor name, medication name, DIN (Drug Identification Number).
- Doctor's signature on Claim Form only required if the doctor is billing GuardMe directly. Otherwise, student can sign.
