Edvisor Rewards for agencies: How it works
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Edvisor Rewards gives your agency points for school bookings, insurance, accommodation and inviting schools. Every 10 points are worth 1 USD. Use them in Rewards for tuition scholarships your agency keeps as margin, and other rewards.
Edvisor Rewards is a rewards program for education agencies. Bookings and referrals you make on Edvisor earn points, and you turn those points into scholarships and other rewards.
How you earn points
What you do | Points |
|---|---|
Send a booking to a school | 50 per booking |
Buy insurance | 50 per policy |
Book accommodation | 50 per week booked |
Invite a school to Edvisor | 10 per invite sent |
A school you invited signs up to Edvisor | 50 more |
Points go to your agency's balance. Every 10 points are worth 1 USD in rewards. Points for a school booking are added when the booking is sent to the school, for insurance once the policy is paid, and for accommodation once the booking is confirmed. Insurance search results show the points a policy earns. If a booking or policy is cancelled, refunded or deleted, the points it earned are taken off your balance.
Example: three students, each with a school booking (50), an insurance policy (50) and 25 weeks of accommodation (1,250), earn your agency 4,050 points. That's enough for a 2-week scholarship.
Inviting schools
In Rewards, click Invite on the Invite a school card. Add the school's name, a contact and a short personal message, check the email preview, then send the invite. Each invite you send earns 10 points. Your list of invites shows each one's status, and when the school signs up it shows Joined and you earn 50 more points.

Tuition scholarships
Partner schools sponsor free weeks of tuition:
Scholarship | Points | Booking length needed |
|---|---|---|
2 weeks free | 4,000 | 12 weeks or more |
4 weeks free | 8,000 | 24 weeks or more |
The free weeks are part of the booking length. On a 12-week booking with a 2-week scholarship, your student studies 12 weeks and you pay the school for 10. Your student pays full price, and your agency keeps the value of the free weeks.
Tuition only: accommodation, registration fees and materials are not included.
One scholarship per booking, and the booking must be made through Edvisor.
Each school can limit its scholarships by student nationality, campus and start dates, and some have a monthly limit, shown on the reward's card. When a school's scholarships run out, its offer stops showing.
To get and use a scholarship:
In Rewards, open Browse rewards. Each card shows the school, the reward and its cost in points. If you have enough points, Redeem is active; if not, a progress bar shows how many more you need.
Click Redeem. Your points are used and you get a voucher, listed under My rewards > Available.
On the voucher, click Use in a booking and pick your student's application for that school. The application must not have been sent to the school yet, and the study dates must fall inside the reward's eligible window.
Click Apply to application. The application now shows Reward applied, and when you send it, the school invoices you for the free weeks less. No approval is needed.
Vouchers you've used are listed under My rewards > Used, with the date, school, points and status.
Other rewards
More rewards are listed in Rewards, and new ones are added over time.
