How to Change or Reset Your Password

Step-by-step instructions for both updating your password through account settings and resetting it if you’ve forgotten it.

Changing Your Password

Access your Personal Settings:

• Look for your user icon (usually marked with your initials) at the top right of the screen.
• Select Settings > Personal

This will open your personal settings.

Scroll down to the Password section, enter your new password under New Password, confirm it by typing it again, enter your current password and click Save.

Resetting Your Password

Can’t log in to your Edvisor platform because you forgot your password? No worries, follow these steps to reset it:

• Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.

• Enter your email address and click “Send.”
  
• Shortly after, you’ll receive an email with instructions on resetting your password. Follow the link provided to create a new password.
• Then go back to the login page and access with your new credentials.
