Starting an Application using a Sale in Edvisor

Initiate applications directly from the Sales module, and selecting a sale from the Applications module.

Starting a New Application from any Sale

Goto any Sale and click “Start Application” button to begin 

  • Select a provider from the current Sale

  • Proceed with the standard Application flow  

  • Existing student data is pre-filled for you

  • You can view existing applications for each sale

Using a Sale to start a New Application

Goto the Applications page and click on “Start Application” button to begin
  • Select a student you wish to create the application for

  • Select a Sale listed for the selected student

  • Any existing applications for the student will appear, or you will be prompted to create a new one

  • Proceed with the standard Application flow 

  • In the Application view, you will see a banner indicating if the application was created from a Sale or Quote, with a link back to the origin.

Note: Applications can be created from a single sale only

FAQs

Q: What happens if a Sale only has accommodation providers?
A: The “Start Application” button will be disabled.
