Payment Settings: How to manage your Edvisor subscription

(Admins Only) Learn how to manage your Edvisor subscription within the Payment Settings tab. Adjust user slots, add / update your credit card, or cancel your subscription.

Within the Payment tab in your Edvisor settings page, you can manage your Edvisor subscription.

🔹 Simply click on your user icon at the top right corner of the screen > Settings > Payment

In this section, you can:

• Adjust User Slots: Add or remove users from your subscription.
• Edit Your Credit Card Information: Update your payment details.
• Cancel Edvisor Account: Cancel your subscription if necessary.

How to Add or Remove User Slots

To adjust the number of user slots in your subscription:

1. Click on "Change Users and Subscription."
2. Edit the number of users you'd like to have.
3. The charge will be made to the credit card we have on file.

Edit Your Credit Card Information

If your credit card is about to expire or you'd like to update it for any other reason:

1. Click on "Change Card."
2. Add the new credit card details.

Cancel Your Edvisor Subscription

To cancel your subscription, access the cancellation form within this tab.
