During your search for programs on Edvisor, you'll find a 'Report Price Error' tag right below each price within the search results.

Pricing Report

To report a suspected error, simply:

  • Click on the 'Report Price Error' tag next to the affected price.
  • Provide all the details: A form will appear, prompting you to describe the discrepancy in detail. Please include as much information as possible about the error, such as the expected versus displayed price, any applicable promotions, and any other relevant details.
  • Submit the report: After filling out the form, click 'submit'. This action sends your report directly to our operations team, who will review the details provided, and correct any issues.

ℹ️ Our support team may contact you via email to gather additional information or to update you once the issue is resolved.

We resolve most cases within the first 24 hours. However, if the issue requires further investigation, it may take up to 3 working days to be addressed.

Report a pricing error from a quote

Alternatively, you can report pricing errors from an existing quotation.

To do this, open the quote, scroll down, and click Edit on the quote option that contains the incorrect price.

In the quote editor, find the “Report Pricing Error” tag and click on it to report the suspected pricing mistake.
