Getting Help from Edvisor

Whether you’re seeking help with our platform functionalities, handling payments, or need assistance with insurance processes, our dedicated teams are ready to support you via in-app live chat, live WhatsApp chat, and email. 

Here’s how you can get the right support you need, via in-app chat, whatsapp chat, and email support.

 

Product Support

For any questions regarding Edvisor’s core platform, features, account settings, quoting tools, or technical troubleshooting, our Product Support team is here to help.

In-App Live Chat

  1. Log into your Edvisor account.
  2. Click the (blue) live chat icon at the bottom left corner of any page.
  3. Follow the chat prompts to find information from our Help Center, or start a conversation with a support team member directly from the platform.

WhatsApp Live Chat

  1. Save our support number to your device: +61422380812
  2. Open WhatsApp and start a new conversation.
  3. Send your query and our online support team will respond.
  4. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about your issue.

Email

  1. Email us at support@edvisor.io with a detailed description of your issue.
  2. Include screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem if applicable.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation and a support agent will follow up.

 

Payments Support

If you need assistance with EdWallet payments, billing inquiries, refunds, multi-currency support, or issues related to transactions, our Payments Support team will provide specialized guidance.

In-App Live Chat

  1. Log into your Edwallet account.
  2. Goto any page and look for the (red) tab on the right side of the page that says 'Do you need help?'.
  3. Depending on the page you are viewing, follow the options listed to start a conversation with a support team member directly from the platform.
  4. In most cases, a whatsapp chat will appear to connect with an online support member. Be ready to provide a payment ID and payer/beneficiary name for quicker assistance.
