      Insurance Processing Times

      How long does it take to process your insurance bookings, cancellations or amendments on Edvisor?

      We collaborate with providers in our Insurance Marketplace to ensure maximum efficiency, aiming to give you the best experience possible.

      However, please note that each provider has its own processing times, which you should be aware of.

      In this article we'll show you:

      1. Where can you find information about processing times on the platform?

      2. What are the processing times for each provider?

      You can view the processing times for each provider in different sections of the platform.

      • When searching for insurance policies

        Go to the left side menu and click on Search > Insurance - to begin your insurance search.

        In the search results, you'll see a tag indicating the 'processing type' for that specific provider.

        For more details, simply click on the provider's name.


        From there, you'll be able to see the exact time it will take for that booking to be processed.

      • When booking an insurance policy

        You'll also get a reminder of the processing time while booking any insurance policy.

      • When your booking is being processed

      You'll see another reminder inside your insurance booking, while it is being processed.

      • When requesting an amendment

      And you'll also get visibility of the amendment processing times while sending your amendment request through the platform.

      Remember you can now request amendments easily and quickly through the platform itself. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it!
