      Understanding your EdWallet account

      Your EdWallet platform serves as the central hub for managing all your transactions across the various sales functionalities within the Edvisor ecosystem.

      In this article, we will explore the key features of the EdWallet platform to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities and how to navigate it with ease.

      Here's an overview of the different sections available to you:

      Understanding EdWallet 1

      Balance:

      This is the dashboard of your wallet account, where you'll find all the currencies you've enabled and the available funds in each.

      Student Payments:

      Here you can monitor all the payments you've requested as well as the incoming payments that have been processed.

      For each payment, you'll see detailed information including the amount, status, and source.

      This provides a comprehensive view of all your company's transactions.

      Wallet:

      • Transactions: Lists all instances where you've transferred money from your wallet to your bank account.
      • Payouts: Shows all the payments you've made to providers or other entities using your wallet.

      Bank Accounts:

      • Company Accounts: Here, you can add and manage your company’s bank accounts.
      • External Accounts: Allows you to add and manage external bank accounts, such as those belonging to your providers.

      Settings:

      The settings section lets you add new currency accounts and integrate your EdWallet with Edvisor and EdCommerce.
