EdWallet offers a comprehensive platform for financial and management teams to oversee business payments, while also providing integrated features across Edvisor platforms for operational staff to efficiently handle day-to-day transactions.
To get started, create an account on EdWallet by following these steps.

EdWallet is currently on its Beta version so please get in touch with your account manager before creating your account.
If you are a school or education provider, you'll need to complete an additional step to use EdWallet. Please fill out this form to request access, and our team will contact you with the next steps.
Step 1: Create your username and password.

Click on "Sign Up" to begin creating your account.

Enter your preferred email address and create a password.
Important: Please use a generic email address that can be shared among team members, as each company is limited to one EdWallet account.

Verify your email address.

After submitting your information, you'll receive a confirmation email. Open it and click on the validation link to verify your email address. This is a crucial step to continue with the sign-up process.

Once you click the validation link, you'll be directed to a screen confirming that your email address has been successfully validated. This confirmation means you're all set to access your EdWallet account!
Step 2: Provide Company Information
After validating your email, return to https://wallet.edvisor.io, click on “Sign In” and log in with the email and password you created in Step 1.
Next, you'll need to fill in some essential details about your company:

Step 3: Verification Process
Upon submitting your company information, your account will enter a verification process to ensure its security and the accuracy of the details provided.
Please be aware that the verification process is thorough and may take some time to complete. This is a necessary step to secure your account and protect your data.
Step 4: Access Your Account
After your account has been verified, you can access it anytime by going to https://wallet.edvisor.io, clicking on "Sign In" and entering your email and password.
