How to Make Corporate Payments in EdWallet

Learn how to transfer funds from your bank account to EdWallet.

Corporate Payments allow agencies to transfer funds from their bank accounts to EdWallet, ensuring sufficient balance to pay partner schools on behalf of students.

Phase 1: Creating a Corporate Profile

Access Settings: Go to Settings > Corporate Profiles

Create a New Profile: If you don’t have one, click on + Create new profile and provide details like Address, Country, and Phone Number. Once your profile is created, you're ready to proceed with sending funds to EdWallet.

Phase 2: Getting Payment Instructions

• Initiate Payment: Click New Transaction and select Corporate Payment.
• Enter Payment Details: Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the currency of the selected account. You will also need to provide:
  • Invoice Number
  • The name of the school provider to which you plan to send funds.
• Choose Payment Method: Select the payment method. In most countries, Bank Account is recommended, as it is the most cost-effective way to send funds to edWallet.
  
  • You’ll receive the bank details of a local bank where you need to deposit the funds. After making the payment, upload the payment receipt to the platform to consolidate the funds in your EdWallet.
