About Assist Card
ASSIST CARD is the Student Assistance company with the greatest presence in the world. It has a global network in more than 190 countries to provide an excellent service to all students who are abroad in some type of study.
Why is ASSIST CARD different from other providers?
The concept of travel assistance is completely different from that of travel insurance. If your student holds travel insurance, even those of the most important companies, they will have to seek the services of a doctor or a specialist on their own, most of the time in a foreign language. It will be the student who decides which hospital to go to. Or, at best, they will give him/her a list of doctors for them to call. And of course, they will be the ones paying for all these services and eventually seeking reimbursement when they return to their home country.
If they have ASSIST CARD, they can simply call the nearest Alarm Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Then ASSIST CARD will send a doctor to their home, give them an appointment with a first-level specialist, or send them to the most appropriate hospital.
ASSIST CARD will provide any of the many different services they provide to their customers, such as tracking lost luggage, and paying for a relative's ticket if they traveled alone and must stay in a hospital. And of course, ASSIST CARD will pay for all these services, so they will not have to spend their money.
Recruitment Markets
At this time the Assist Card product is only available to Edvisor agencies based in Mexico.
Only students who are issued from said office (Mexico) will be accepted, regardless of the student's nationality.
Destination markets
Assist Card will provide coverage for all destinations worldwide except countries that are at war or in conflict situations. Consult directly with Edvisor Marketplace chat before confirming any type of unusual destination.
Product
The Assist Card insurance contains coverage for the student of $100,000 which includes travel assistance and medical assistance.
Each student will be covered from the start date of their course. Each student will have instant Online / Telephone support.
Conditions Assist Card
- All student products are quoted per day per person.
- There is a minimum of days for sale: 14 days.
- Maximum days for sale 364 with the possibility of acquiring a product for the second year.
- Student products age range: from 12 to 69 years old.
- Exclusive products for the student market.

How to start booking Assist Card through the Edvisor’s Insurance Marketplace.
If you are not yet connected with Assist Card, schedule a call with your Account Manager who will help make them available on your Edvisor platform.
Once connected, you can begin including their insurance plan(s) in your quotations as well as booking policies by paying the net price via credit or debit card directly in your platform.
