Step 1: Create a "destination"
Go to your EdCommerce site's settings, and select "Destinations" from the main menu.
To create a new destination, click 'New Destination.'
Enter a name for your destination, such as 'Canada,' select the type of program, and upload an image to represent it.
Once you've created a destination, it will appear in the list along with any others you have created. From this section, you can toggle destinations on or off to make them visible or hidden, and you can also edit their names and images as needed.
Step 2: Add providers to your destination
Next, add the providers you want to include within that destination:
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the destination you just created.
- Select "Assign Provider."
On the right side, you will see a list of all providers that meet the criteria for that destination. This list is generated based on the active providers you have set for your site.
Toggle them on or off to add them or remove them from the destination group.
Step 3: Activate destinations on your home page
After creating and assigning providers to your destinations, the next step is to activate these destinations on the homepage.
🔹 Go to your Settings > Ecommerce > Search > Destination Section and activate the destinations you wish to publish by toggling them on.
On the homepage, you'll be able to see the activated destinations in carousel format.
If the student clicks on any of the destinations, they will be redirected to the results page.
By grouping your providers by destination, you can manage them more efficiently and effectively. This organization allows you to access information quickly and enables students to navigate your EdCommerce platform with ease.
