Learn how to customize your Agency Portal’s sign-up approvals to control who has access. Choose between automatic access for a streamlined process or manual approvals for more control.
In the Agency Portal, you have full control over who can access your platform. This flexibility lets you protect sensitive information, maintain a trusted network, or set up automatic access to reduce manual tasks—depending on your preferences!
How to Enable and Manage Approval Settings:
- Log in to your Edvisor Distribute account.
- From the right-side menu, click on
Agency Portal
. - Scroll down to the Permissions section.
- Choose your preferred approval type for the Agency Portal:
- Sign Up and Access Search and Quote: Agents gain access to Search and Quote immediately after confirming their email. However, booking approvals are still required.
- Require Manual Approval to Access Search and Quote: Each sign-up needs manual approval before the agent can access any features. Until approved, access remains blocked.
