How to change or reset your password

Change password (logged in): user icon > Settings > Personal > Password section > new password twice + current password > Save. Reset (locked out): Forgot your password? on login page > enter email > follow reset link in email > new password > log in.

Two paths: while logged in (change), or locked out (reset).

Change your password (logged in)

  1. Click the user icon (initials) in the top right.
  2. Settings > Personal.
  3. Scroll to the Password section.
  4. Enter the new password under New Password.
  5. Confirm it by typing it again.
  6. Enter the current password.
  7. Click Save.

Reset your password (locked out)

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
  2. Enter the email address.
  3. Click Send.
  4. Check email for the reset link.
  5. Follow the link to create a new password.
  6. Return to the login page and log in.

Best practices

  • Use a unique password not reused on other services.
  • Update passwords periodically for security.
