Orbit Protect: changes and cancellations

Orbit Protect changes and cancellations: email marketplace@edvisor.io for changes; full refund within 7 days of issue if no claim made and not departed; pro-rata refund after 7 days minus 20% admin fee. NZ residence visa requires immediate cancellation.
Process for modifying or canceling Orbit Protect policies.
Changes
- Circumstances change. Email marketplace@edvisor.io. May need to switch policy types.
- NZ residence visa granted. Notify immediately to cancel current policy. No longer eligible to continue.
Cancellations (International Student and Working Holiday)
Can be canceled at any time with written notice.
Within 7 calendar days of policy issue
Full premium refund, provided:
- No claim payment received.
- Not yet departed on the journey.
After 7 calendar days
If no claim payment received, OrbitProtect:
- Retains premium portion for time policy was in force.
- Refunds unused premium pro rata.
- Charges 20% admin and documentation fee (based on original premium).
