Apply Products Across Multiple Quote Options in Edvisor

When creating quotes in Edvisor, it's common to include multiple options, each containing unique combinations of programs, fees, and services.

Streamline the editing process and ensure greater accuracy, by applying added products - including accommodations, services, fees, and discounts across all options within a quote.

How It Works

• When you add a product to a quote option, an “Add this product to all options” checkbox will appear.
• Selecting this checkbox will automatically apply the new product to every existing option in the quote.
• If you leave the checkbox unchecked, the product will only be added to the option you’re working on.

• Applies to accommodations, additional services, fees, and discounts.
• Existing customizations in each option will not be changed; products are only added, not overwritten.
• If an option already contains the product, it will not be duplicated.
• New options created after the product has been added will not automatically include the product unless re-applied.

• Discounts: Percentage-based discounts will apply proportionally to all options. Fixed-value discounts apply the same amount to each.

• Incompatible Products: If a product cannot be added due to option-specific restrictions (e.g., an incompatible program and accommodation), you will be notified and that option will be skipped.
